तुम खुद में सम्पूर्ण हो!

तुम्हारे अंदर बैठा है एक फ़रिश्ता,
जिसमें समंदर की तरह गहराई है,
उसके हलचलों में तूफान है,
तुम्हारे अंदर अनगिनत रहस्य है,
तुम्हारी काया में अनगिनत ,
मोती है ,संसाधन है,वैद्य है!

तुम्हारे अंदर बैठा है एक फ़रिश्ता,
जितना बाहर ढूंढोगे उतने ही लहरें पाओगे,
गोताखोर बनों अपने काया का,
उतरों तुम अपने अंदर ,पाओगे
असीम शांति, कण-कण जोड़ोगे
प्रकृति से खुद को !

तुम्हारे अंदर बैठा है एक फ़रिश्ता,
बस हमेशा उसे जीवंत बनाना,
समंदर जीवंत है क्योंकि उसमें है
अनगिनत जीवन ,वह रहस्य है,
तुम खुद एक रहस्य हो सामर्थ्य का,
सुकून का,भाव का ,तुम हो यदि
बस इस पल में जो अभी चल रहा!
